The Economic Society “Nusaykent” has specialists, the necessary equipment and practical experience in the construction of residential buildings up to three floors.
Depending on the design solution, the frame of the house can be made of monolithic reinforced concrete (class of housing - comfort, business) and precast structural concrete (economy class housing). The enclosing structures can be made in the form two-layer brickwork (high-performance thermal insulation block + facade brickwork), as well as a ventilated facade using various facing materials (ceramic granite, decorative panels, panels with clinker tiles). Filling openings depending on the class of housing may be implemented of PVC profile with various glass units (economy, comfort and business class), and from the aluminum profile (business class).
